Grooming Policies & Requirements

Pricing

All prices provided prior to your appointment are estimates based on breed, coat condition, and size. A precise quote will be given once your pet is finished. Additional fees may apply for excessive matting or behavioral challenges that extend grooming time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Appointments are held for a grace period of 15 minutes. After that, the appointment may be canceled and charged 50% of the service value. Please notify us if you’re running late — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all pets and groomers, we require dogs to be current on Rabies and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to service. Dogs recently diagnosed with canine cough, giardia, or contagious illnesses must be cleared by a veterinarian before grooming.

Health & Behavior Disclosure

Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, anxiety, or aggression. Grooming may reveal or aggravate hidden conditions, and your pet’s well-being is always our top priority.

Senior & Special Needs Pets

We take extra care with senior dogs or pets with health limitations, prioritizing comfort, safety, and gentleness throughout the process. Services may be adapted — or in rare cases, discontinued — if we believe it is in your pet’s best interest.
